We believe that one's choice of
a spiritual discipline is very
individual, and we have many
different meditation techniques to
suit different types of personalities.
Meditation is a basic key for keeping stress to
a minimum. It is like housekeeping for the mind
and emotions. A technique must be able to fit in
with busy schedules, and needs to be enjoyed as a
part of the day, as opposed to being 'Work'.
